Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (Th / 1295) and the date (06/06/1441), referred to in the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. (48741) dated (24/5/1441 AH), which includes a decision Council of Ministers No. (245) and date (3/31/1441) approving the list of “preference for local content and local small and medium enterprises and companies listed in the financial market in procurement business” and Ministerial Resolution No. (1407) dated (4/4/1441) containing Continuation of controls for excluding the actions of the vision realization program from the government procurement and competition system, and given the presence of some inquiries from some governmental agencies It is mandatory on the regulation of "preference for local content, local small and medium enterprises, and companies listed in the financial market in business and procurement" for the work of the Vision Achievement Program initiatives.
Accordingly, the Ministry would like to clarify that government agencies must abide by the "preference for local content and local SMEs and companies listed on the financial market in business and procurement" list when launching the vision achievement program initiatives.
